July 4th. My first child's independence day. My "test kid", as I've always called her, since she's the one we had to practice on, in preparation for all the others.
I have ALWAYS said that I don't feel old because of MY age (almost 45), the number of years I've been married (almost 23), the fact that I've already been to my 25th high school reunion (back in 2004!)
It's always about how old the manboys are...one is 21 and now engaged (and yes, you were right--it's *wierd*) and the other will be 19 in the Fall.
I'm a father of five freakish but wonderful kids. My wife is too amazing to be married to me, but she is anyway. Read her blog here. I'm kinda geeky over comics, movies, computers, and occasionally other stuff, depending on how the wind is blowing. I'm *very* easily amused.
